When is the last day to order for Christmas?
Order by 18 December for standard UK delivery, or by 22 December with express delivery.
Can I personalise a gift with a photo?
Yes. Upload your photo on products that support it, and check your personalisation details before you order.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes. Add a personal message at checkout and we’ll print it on a card included with your order. Messages are limited to 100 characters. An additional charge applies, shown before you complete your order.
Do you offer gift wrap?
Yes. Choose a gift wrap option from the dropdown on the product page. The cost of each option is shown there before you add the item to your basket.
What if my order arrives late?
Express orders placed by 22 December are covered by our late delivery guarantee. If one arrives after the delivery date quoted at checkout, we’ll refund the express delivery charge. Standard delivery orders aren’t covered, and delays after the carrier has collected a parcel are handled through the carrier’s own process.
Can I return a personalised gift?
Because our gifts are printed, engraved or embroidered to order, we accept returns only for a manufacturing fault on our part. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the fault, and we’ll offer a replacement or a full refund for the item.
