1. Returns Eligibility
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
2. Customised & Personalised Items
Most of our products are custom-made or personalised. Therefore:
Personalised or customised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Please double-check spelling, dates, images, and custom details before confirming your order.
If there is a mistake caused by us, we will gladly replace or refund the item.
