1. Returns Eligibility

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


2. Customised & Personalised Items

Most of our products are custom-made or personalised. Therefore:

  • Personalised or customised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

  • Please double-check spelling, dates, images, and custom details before confirming your order.

If there is a mistake caused by us, we will gladly replace or refund the item.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Health and personal care items

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery


4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

6. Late or Missing Refunds

8. Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to the address above.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for valuable items

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.


9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
